The Body Reset Discovery Package is designed to help slow down, look deeper, and begin connecting the dots behind what’s been keeping your body stuck. You don’t need to have everything figured out and that’s what this phase is for.
What to Expect:
This process is intentional and unrushed. My goal is to truly understand your story so we can identify patterns, uncover root contributors, and guide you toward the most appropriate next steps, all without pressure or guesswork.
You’re not broken. You’re just missing answers, and I’m here to help uncover them.

✔ Check your email
You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your appointments and next steps.
✔ Stool kit instructions
If you are local, you will come by the office at your scheduled pick up time to receive your advanced stool test kit to complete at home. Do not worry, it is very straightforward, and I will review the instructions with you before you leave.
*If you are not local and are a virtual patient, your stool kit will be shipped directly to your home with instructions for completion.
Your kit will include a prepaid shipping label. Please complete and send it out as soon as you are able, since this test takes the longest to process.
Do not take any supplements or NSAIDs (anti-inflammatory medications like Motrin) for at least 3 days prior to collecting your stool sample.
✔ Blood labs
If you did not upload your labs when completing the Gut Check Questionnaire, you can log into your Practice Better portal and upload them under the “Documents” tab. You can also bring in a copy of your results when you pick up your stool kit if you are local. These blood labs should be recent and done within the past 3 months.
✔ Results & review of findings
The advanced stool analysis, also known as the GI MAP, usually takes 7 to 10 business days to process. So the sooner you can send it in the better.
You can generally expect your full review of findings appointment to take place about 3 to 4 weeks after your mailed off your stool sample.
Once your results are in, I will contact you to schedule your review of findings appointment. During this visit, I’ll walk you through your results, explain what they mean, and help bring clarity to what may be contributing to your health concerns and symptoms.
