The Body Reset Discovery Package is designed to help slow down, look deeper, and begin connecting the dots behind what’s been keeping your body stuck. You don’t need to have everything figured out and that’s what this phase is for.
What to Expect:
This process is intentional and unrushed. My goal is to truly understand your story so we can identify patterns, uncover root contributors, and guide you toward the most appropriate next steps, all without pressure or guesswork.
You’re not broken. You’re just missing answers, and I’m here to help uncover them.

What happens next?
✔ Check your email
You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your appointments and next steps.
✔ Lab information
Your Discovery Package includes blood lab testing. If you are local, your blood work will be drawn in the office during your scheduled lab appointment.
If you are not local and are a virtual patient, you’ll receive instructions on how and when to complete your blood work via an email from Fullscript.
Please come (or go) fasting for 8 to 12 hours before your appointment. This means no food or drinks other than water after midnight.
To help make the blood draw easier, please hydrate well the day before and drink 16 to 24 ounces of water the morning of your appointment.
Do not take any supplements or workout the morning of your appointment. You may take your prescribed medications with water.
✔ Stool kit instructions
If you are local, at your lab draw appointment, you will also receive your advanced stool test kit to complete at home. Do not worry, it is very straightforward, and I will review the instructions with you before you leave.
If you are not local and are a virtual patient, your stool kit will be shipped directly to your home with instructions for completion.
Your kit will include a prepaid shipping label. Please complete and send it out as soon as you are able, since this test takes the longest to process.
Do not take any supplements or NSAIDs (anti-inflammatory medications like Motrin) for at least 3 days prior to collecting your stool sample.
✔ Results & review of findings
Once your samples are received, results can take time to come back. The advanced stool analysis, also known as the GI MAP, usually takes the longest. After the lab receives your stool sample, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days to process. So the sooner you can send it in the better.
You can generally expect your full review of findings appointment to take place about 3 to 4 weeks after your lab appointment, depending on when all results are received.
Once your results are in, I will contact you to schedule your review of findings appointment. During this visit, I’ll walk you through your results, explain what they mean, and help bring clarity to what may be contributing to your health concerns and symptoms.
